We are now taking reservations for Spring Break boarding. Please contact us as early as possible to reserve space and please be sure to review our Boarding Policies, including deposit, cancellation and refund policies
We limit our boarding capacity, allowing us to give each pet generous attention and individualized care. Because each pet and boarding situation is unique, we have several options available for boarding, including:
- Top-quality Shor-Line stainless steel kennels (perfect for pets who are accustomed to being crated at night or for those who need a more sturdy crate)
- Portable kennels like you would have at home (best for pets who are accustomed to being crated at night or who kennel easily)
- An indoor chain link run (works great for those who do not crate well but still need to be confined)
- Open boarding in one of the day care rooms (used for those who do not crate well and who are not destructive when left out alone)
Please be assured that while we will make every effort to accommodate your boarding preference, your pet's safety is our top priority. If, after getting to know your pet, we determine that a different type of boarding enclosure would work better, he/she may be moved. Each boarding space is furnished with a comfy bed, warm blankets, fan, food/water and bedtime treats. Soft music plays throughout the boarding room for a good nights sleep. You are welcome to bring blankets, chews, toys and other items you feel comfortable leaving your pet alone with. Additionally, because many dogs are sensitive to sudden diet changes, we request you bring your pet's food so that we can avoid unnecessary stress during his/her stay.
Boarded dogs are eligible to participate in doggie day care Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm. If you choose to not add day care, your pet will be walked and/or allowed to play in an area alone when not kenneled. Additionally, if your pet is more than 6 months old, but not spayed or neutered, he/she will not be eligible to play with other dogs. Please review our requirements or contact us prior to bringing your pet in for boarding.
Kennels and boarding space are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm (with someone checking on all boarded pets from 8:00pm-9:00pm) and Saturday/Sunday (for boarding drop off & pick up only) 7:30-9:30am or 6:30-8:30pm (late pickup fee assessed for the pm pickup). Please do not plan to drop off or pick up a pet on Saturday or Sunday without prior arrangements. We know you'll want to pick up your pet(s) as soon as you can, and we will accommodate your schedule as much as possible - however, drop offs & pick ups outside our normal schedule are subject to an additional fee.
We are proud members of the American Boarding Kennels Association (ABKA) and we willingly adhere to their Code of Ethics as well as the Pet Owners' Bill of Rights document.
Boarding Rates
Please note: We do not charge according to your pet's weight or size, or by the kennel option you choose. There are no additional fees for boarding pets together, feeding a special diet, giving medications, keeping up with personal items, or for special attention such as walks, ball-time and hugs.
