Wag Time has been open since 2004 and is a place full of fun! Some of our regulars think they run the place, however, we (humans) actually manage the day to day operations. We have an awesome team, including:
Ashley
Ashley is from Fort Worth, TX and has worked at Wag Time for over 2 years. Ashley attended college at Adams
State in Colorado and has a degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. She is pet owner to one dog, a
Labrador/Pitbull/Border Collie mix named Cash. Ashley has a talent for Soccer and enjoys comics, music, and video
games. The best part about working at Wag Time for Ashley is the relaxed atmosphere it provides compared to a
typical 9-5 job.
Carley
Carley is from Arlington, TX and has been an employee of Wag Time for over 3 years. She currently attends
Wade College to pursue her Associate’s Degree in Merchandising and Design, with a concentrate in Merchandise
Marketing. Carley has two dogs, ChBella, a 4 yr. old Fox Terrier/Shih-Tzu mix and a 2 year old Poodle/Jack Russell
Terrier mix named Gabby. Her hobbies include shopping, watching movies and travelling. The best part about
working at Wag Time for Carley is being able to bring her dogs here to play.
Chris
Chris has worked at Wag Time for a year and a half and lives in Arlington, TX where he attends Tarrant County
College. Chris has his hands full with 5 dogs of his own: Sarge, a Min Pin; Brandy, a mixed breed; Boots, a Chiweenie;
and Honey, a Pitbull. Chris is a huge sports fan and what he enjoys the most about working at Wag Time is just being
around a myriad of dogs.
Christian
Christian lives in Arlington, TX, and has worked at Wag Time for 3 months. He is currently pursuing a
degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. Christian has 2 dogs, a Labrador
Retriever/Australian Shepherd mix named Buddy and a miniature Schnauzer named Rosco. In his down time, he
enjoys reading and lists seeing a variety of dogs he normally would not be able to see as what he likes most about
working at Wag Time.
Christine
Christine has owned Wag Time since 2007 but worked with the former owner and employees
for a few months prior to purchasing it. Christine is a native Texan. Naturally, Christine is owner to
several pets who have their own unique personality including Trixie, a 7 year old Shar Pei/Rottweiler mix
who is the boss indoors; Boomer, a 6 year old Great Pyrenees who claims the outdoors; Luda, a 3 year
old Min-Pin/Dachshund mix rescue dog; and her newest addition, a toy Chihuahua puppy named
Jellybean who just is plain happy to be a pup. In her spare time, Christine volunteers with several
animal welfare and/or rescue groups and she also fosters an occasional animal. She also enjoys spending
time with family and their assorted dogs. Her motto is “If you don’t like dogs and their hair all over you,
don’t come to my house!”.
What does Christine enjoy the most about Wag Time? “I can never stress how fortunate I feel to have met
so many wonderful people and animals. We have the greatest customers in the world!”
Claudia
Claudia is from El Paso, TX and has been an employee of Wag Time for over 4 years. She is currently working on her
PHD in Genetics at the University of Texas at Arlington. She is pet owner to 2 dogs, a Hound/Pointer mix named
Shilo and an Husky/Shepherd mix named Athena. Her hobbies and interests include traveling, mountain biking
and working on her research. The best part about working at Wag Tim for Claudia is playing with all the dogs and
giving rescue dogs a second chance by boarding those that otherwise would have been euthanized.
